Today’s class is about strengthening and toning the arms. Yes you heard it right! It’s an arm toning vinyasa yoga flow exercise. This is short but this sequence is designed to make you feel into the biceps and triceps in an effective way. Great for getting in shape for summer! We hold a side plank, feel into the biceps and trices through specific sculpting exercises. We end with some meditative kundalini arm sculpting too! Feel the burn. It’s the perfect summer workout
