Sometimes my days are so jam-packed with things that I hardly have time for a full vinyasa flow or a slow, deep yin yoga session. But if I don’t move my body, stretch my legs and hips, and loosen my spine, then I’m achy for the rest of the day! So I like to do this quick morning yoga routine first thing in the morning to wake up my body and bring fresh, oxygenated blood so all those stiff parts that are just waking up for the day.
