Fightmaster Yoga: Fast & Fun Pilates Workout!



This 35 minute Pilates workout will strengthen and tone muscles, build heat, boost your metabolism and burn fat! We finish the class with 5 minutes of delicious stretching. It is low impact, no equipment needed.

This class moves fast at times so make sure you modify and take breaks as you need.
