Fightmaster Yoga: How to do: Compass Pose in Yoga



Oh this one is so lovely, but also fairly intense. Please send time stretching the hamstrings and openings the hips & shoulders. If it’s too intense, try using a strap, especially if the shoulders are really tight!! Approach this posture slowly but with some consistency. You will see results! Keep working postures like half splits, lunges, pigeon, full splits, butterfly & puppy pose to make your Compass Pose feel relaxed and safe.
