Here’s how you can transition safely from crow pose to tripod headstand:
It’s all in the ELBOWS, like magic!
From crow pose you want to allow your elbows to bend OUT. (This will help you get closer to the floor so you don’t bonk your head when transitioning).
From here, tuck your head and chin. Then take it up to your tripod headstand.
Ooh look, no bonk! Yay!
