In this practice, you’ll learn the Sanskrit names of some of the common poses as well as more information on why we’re doing what we’re doing.
Toward the end of the practice, we’ll do a nice meditation and end with a yummy savasana.
If you want to become a teacher, this flow is especially helpful as you’ll learn some of the “behind the scenes” info as well as proper alignment and cuing.
