Hi everyone, thank you so much for meeting me on the mat this morning. Our intention today is ACTIVATE. In just 10 minutes, we will stretch and strengthen from head to toe to give ourselves a boost of energy as we start our day. This class is suitable for all experience levels and doesn’t require any props.
Doing just a little bit of yoga every morning is a wonderful way to practice mindfulness and get grounded before the responsibilities of the day take over. Yoga doesn’t need to be overly strenuous or complex in order to be effective.
