Positive Affirmation Meditations for any time of the day to ground yourself and to be in the best mindset. I highly recommend an affirmation daily practice to feel your best and to approach any situation in the best mindset. Ideal for abundance practices, cultivating love, freedom, focus, productivity and positivity in your life. This energy can radiate to those around you.

You can do this seated or lying down, whatever feels the best to you. As you listen to the affirmations, simply repeat them internally to yourself a few times. Notice what they bring up in you. It’s normal for some affirmations to feel good while others may trigger some discomfort or resistance. This is a great opportunity for introspection and I highly recommend journaling after this meditation to uncover the source of your feelings towards the affirmations.

Take a few deep breaths, in through the nose, holding at the top, out through the mouth, holding at the bottom. Match the length of the inhales with the exhales. We’ll do this two more times in through the nose holding, out through the mouth. You could return now to your natural breathing.

As I read each affirmation allow your breath to guide you a bit deeper. We will have a few minutes of affirmations and I will let you know when it is time to come out.

Close your eyes, and let’s begin

I allow myself to slow down and enjoy life.
I treat my body with love and respect.
The love I seek also seeks me.
I inspire others by being myself.
I choose kindness and compassion.
I connect with my body.
I am letting abundance flow into my life.
I am rooted and rise from the earth.
I radiate light and positivity.
I value my own opinions and beliefs.
I am a magnet for success.
I step into my power with confidence and grace.
I deserve to be loved and respected.
I am a great listener.
I allow all parts of me to be expressed.
Love is my natural state of being.
I trust my insight and intuition.
I feel surrounded by beauty everywhere.
I embrace my happiness.
I provide value in the conversation.
I am aligned with my higher purpose.
