This 60 min, 1 hour long power strong yoga flow is a fun way to get moving, strengthen your full body, learn a new yoga pose, and challenge your body and mind. We will open up your heart, increase flexibility, strengthen your muscles and bones, clear your mind, and find our center. Even if you have never done handstand before, this is a great class to learn. I will give you a lot of modifications for every pose so it is accessible to anyone. This flow is made for the intermediate yogi and can be done at any time or day – morning or night. This video is a great way to ground down, connect with yourself, lower stress, strengthen your muscles, increase mobility and flexibility, and increase heart and lung strength. We will do side bends, heart openers, cactus pose, cat/cow sun salutation A, balasana aka childs pose, anjanayasana aka crescent lunge, twisted lunge, eka pada tadasana, ardha chandrasana aka half moon pose, core workouts (forearm plank variations), Adho Mukha Vrksasana aka handstand, virabhadrasana 2 aka warrior 2 with reverse warrior, garundasana aka eagle pose, virabhadrasana 3 aka warrior 3, sphinx pose, down dog hops, wild thing pose, supine twist, pranayama, neck stretches, wrist stretches and wrist prep, shoulder stretch, kapotasana aka pigeon pose, janu sirsasana, savasana, and a meditation to ground down. We will listen to some fun, inspiring music as we flow. Lastly, we will connect with your physical, emotional, and spiritual body to heal, move, flow, breathe, open up, make space and feel good.
