Welcome to Day 1 of our Mindful Mornings
Today’s practice is simply to ‘GO SLOWLY’ taking things at a gentle pace and embracing the beautiful idea that “less is more.” I invite you to join us on your yoga mat for a soothing and revitalising session that will leave you feeling nourished and completely relaxed.
Throughout the practice, we will be incorporating gentle movements lengthening and opening the neck and shoulders, twists and gentle leg stretches to help release any tension and encourage a deep sense of relaxation.
