Welcome to Day 15 of our Mindful Mornings

We shall be focusing on BOUNDARIES today.

Have you ever wondered what boundaries look like in a yoga practice? Well, sometimes our ego can hinder our personal growth and progress. But today, I encourage you to try something different. Give yourself permission to prioritize self-care and take breaks whenever you need them. Remember, it’s perfectly okay to rest or modify a pose if it feels too challenging or overwhelming. Trust your intuition and listen to your body’s energy levels.

In today’s practice, we will focus on a yoga conditioning style. Get ready to challenge and strengthen your body while maintaining mindfulness throughout the session.

You may what to grab a strap for todays slightly more challenge flow.

Enjoy the practice, and remember to honour your boundaries on and off the mat.
