Yoga with Kassandra: EN | Yoga morning routine



Start your day full of energy! This morning routine wakes up body and mind and gives you strength and calm for the rest of your day. It’s a well rounded, full body sequence with strengthening and mobilizing postures, that improve your flexibility as well as your strength.

We start with a little tuning in and a soft warm up, followed by classic sun salutations and variations. We then move on to some standing and balancing poses, before we come into a seated position for some core activation (Navasana) and onto our belly for a few rounds of backbends to really wake us up. πŸ˜‰ We finish with some twists and calming Asanas and of course a little Savasana too.
