Full Body Stretching

In this video, I will begin by doing some warmup stretching to get your body ready. The next exercise, I will do the “seated straddle” pose. This stretching will benefit your legs and buttocks. Next, while I am seated, I will stretch my legs, one at a time, in an upward direction. This stretching will help with your legs. I will stretch both of my legs in an upward direction, creating a “V” shape. From there, I will do a “butterfly” pose. This will benefit the legs as well. The next stretching exercise will be in a “seated straddle” pose, but I will go one step further. I will put my arm in front of my leg, stretching the muscles in the leg. After that exercise, I will relax for a moment in the “lotus” pose and do some basic stretching of my arms. This will give me a moment to cool down. Next, I will do the “monkey” pose. This exercise is essentially a split. This will benefit your legs.
