In this fun, lighthearted practice we balance strength and flexibility:
Leg and hip strength in challenging standing balances
Mandala style flow (between the front and back of the mat)
Fully body practice!
Seated hip and hamstring stretches
Well deserved shavasana
Suitable for:
– Wrist injury
– Elbow injury
– Hand injury
– Shoulder injury*
* if you have frozen shoulder or can’t lift your arms over head please adapt the arm positions in a way that doesn’t cause you pain or discomfort
