Fire up your obliques with this 25 minute practice that will leave you feeling charged and enlivened! We will strengthen our core with some floor abdominal work and different variations of side plank pose. We will also make sure to stretch and lengthen the side body to give the practice a nice balance. This is an intermediate practice for those who are feeling strong and want a short workout!
