Join me for a slow flow followed by several yin postures to open up your lower body especially hamstrings, hips, and glutes. We will take several breaths in transition and several breaths in each posture to give you time to explore bodily sensations, receive feedback, and promote gentle flexibility and toning. Optional props: 2 blocks, small pillow or blanket as padding for knees.
