This is an all-levels power yoga flow class. This full-body vinyasa yoga sequence is designed to help you build strength and flexibility through your yoga practice. By using detailed instruction to help produce a well-aligned flow, the class has a meditative quality that will help to keep you injury-free and help you understand if you are doing the yoga poses well to get the maximum benefit.
The Flow is based on a blend of the Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga schools, principles from power yoga, and Vinyasa.
