This 50 min intermediate energizing yoga flow video will help you to reset, energize, strengthen and move your body. It is geared towards strengthening, stretching and mobilizing your lower body, including hips. We will get your heart rate up and get moving. We will do back bends, including wheel, dancer and bridge, which can all be energizing poses. You can do this at any time of day but it is best done in the morning or afternoon. Let’s stretch, strengthen, and connect deeper with ourselves.
