Get fit and conditioned in this effective and short Yoga inspired workout. After a Yoga warm up, we are doing eight 20 second intervals, with 10 second rest, followed by Arm and Core Work. A second 8 round Interval series followed by Pilates inspired Abdominal sculpting. Please listen to your body, modify as much as you want/need. I suggest playing your favorite dance music to support yourself and have fun.
Great for beginner and intermediate fitness level.
