I have been teaching for 16 years and am certified in Mat Pilates from NESTA, Reformer Pilates from Balance Body, rehabilitation from APPI Physiotherapy and TRX from Balance Body. My love is Mat Pilates and I modify the exercises as needed for those clients that can’t get on the ground or have some physical impairment.
Pilates is a great way to build strength, flexibility, improve balance and improve breathing. It is non-impact, gentle and easy on the body, but will really get you back in the game of life. Enjoy
