20 Minute Restorative Yoga for the Root Chakra and Grounding. Only have 20 minutes but want a super effective yoga session to help you feel less anxious and WAY more grounded? I got you!
In this simple yoga session, we’ll utilize a bolster (can use couch cushions or pillows) and two yoga blocks (or anything similar, a small stool could work for the forward fold and a couple pillows could work for supporting the knees in our first restorative pose) to help support your body and help ease you into a state of relaxation.
