20 Minute Yoga HIIT with Handstand! Day 12. It’s time to get the heart rate up again!! If it’s cold where you live, get ready to warm up quickly! Remember, rest whenever you need to and if you have shoulder or back issues, skip the handstand. Also, don’t practice handstand if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma or if you’re moon cycle is heavy. Most of all, enjoy your practice and thank yourself for showing up on your mat today! Great work!!
