This is short but this sequence is designed to make you feel into the biceps and triceps in an effective way. Great for getting in shape for summer! We hold a side plank, feel into the biceps and trices through specific sculpting exercises. We end with some meditative kundalini arm sculpting too! Feel the burn. It’s the perfect summer workout
