Welcome lovely people,
In todays class we will go deep into the hips in this 20 minute yin yoga class.
We will open up the hips and increase flexibility while at the same time decreasing painful hips and lower body.
Doing hip opening yoga poses is not only great for the body but it also allows you to let go of stored emotions and trauma, you can release all that no longer serves you and feel completely fresh and rejuvenated after this class.
The yin poses for today are butterfly pose, saddle pose, pigeon pose, childspose and resting half frog pose. We will hold these poses for 2 minutes each, I will give you a couple of options how you can do the poses so it feels good on your body.
