Free online Yoga Class. Home workout. A traditional Power Yoga Class starting with a mindfulness and focused on breath warm-up sequence, followed by a strong standing vinyasa interlaced with many standing balancing poses that bring our attention to the present moment. Balancing allows us to anchor the mind in the present moment.
Expect a well-rounded sequence that includes warrior 1 and warrior 2 sequences, high and low lunge sequences, multiple shoulder openers, various hamstring, quads, and hip stretches, planks, pushups, and chaturangas as expected in a Power Yoga class.
A fluid backbending movement sequence and a cooldown that includes floor stretches.
