Hi everyone, thanks for tuning in. Today I’m going to take you through a neck and shoulder focused flow to relieve pain, stiffness and tension from your upper body. This is a great yoga class for beginners and will be especially helpful for those of you who sit at a desk all day or drive a lot. No props needed and it only takes 10 minutes.
This class can be practiced at any time of the day. Remember to breathe deeply as you go through each pose, it will help you further release tension from your body.
