Today I’ll be guiding you through a gentle full body stretch to help you relax and unwind at the end of your day. We’ll be releasing tension, connecting with the breath, stilling the mind and finding a deep sense of grounding.
Asanas include Child’s Pose, Tabletop, Cat Cow, Lizard, Head To Knee, Seated Wide Legged Forward Fold, Reclined Pigeon, Supine Twist, Constructive Rest and Savasana.
This class is suitable for all levels and you won’t need any props.
