Minimal cues yoga means that I will not be giving you a detailed guidance and alignment tips. I will simply be flowing through the sequence together with you and will briefly describe the poses and transitions.
This is a great way to practice for those who already have some yoga experience and are familiar with the correct alignments of the asanas to practice safely. So, if you are a complete beginner, this practice is not recommended for you.
