Welcome to Wellbeing Café! In today’s class we’ll focus on the neck, shoulders, back, and hips. Two blocks and a blanket ( or pillow ) are recommended (though not required).
We have a special guest joining in our class today! His name is Jasper and he is a rescue dog adopted from National Mill Dog Rescue. Jasper is currently working on getting more comfortable in new environments and with new people. During our class, you may see him walk in and out of the video as he gets more comfortable with the space.
