Welcome to Day 12 of our Mindful Mornings
In today’s beginner friendly vinyasa yoga flow, we will explore the theme of GIVING, whether it’s giving to others or giving ourselves the time and care we deserve. Through authentic giving, we can experience joy and freedom in our hearts.
During this session, we will working on opening up our heart space towards the peak pose of Dancers Pose. This pose represents grace, strength, and balance, and it serves as a symbolic reminder of our ability to give and receive in harmony. Remember to honour where you are in your practice today on your mat, so to support us in this exploration, it may be beneficial to have a strap nearby, which can assist in deepening our stretches and enhancing our alignment.
