Transitioning into the ‘Frog Pose,’ we’ll sink into a deep squat, opening up the hips and stretching the inner thighs. Next, we’ll move into the ‘Extended Leg Squat,’ targeting the legs with a deep stretch to enhance flexibility. Then, it’s time for ‘Seated Fold,’ where we’ll gently fold forward to stretch both the legs and back, releasing any tension and promoting relaxation. Let’s flow through these poses, connecting breath with movement, and find peace in the present moment. Join me as we stretch our bodies and calm our minds together. 🧘‍️
