Hi YT Gang! Happy to meet you all for a yoga practice. This 20 minute practice incorporates movement to increase flexibility in the hips. This is an all-level flow for those with wrist and ankle issue as this does not require standing nor arm balancing. This is a great way to start your day and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed it!
