Feeling a bit stiff? Here’s a quick follow up yoga session specifically for your shoulders and hips.
This quick session gives your stiff shoulders and hips an instant relief. Starting with motioning your hands, we move towards a bit of stretching and breathing exercise relaxing your body.
We are followed by a couple of more exercises leading to relaxation of your shoulders and hips.
Note that these exercises should not be done if there are some sort of injuries or so, and also without consulting your trainer. Have fun!
