🧘️ The Three Principles of Yin Yoga: 🧘️
1️⃣ Find your appropriate edge. Only go to 80% of your capacity in each pose. Never force or strain yourself into any pose.
2️⃣ Hold for time. Yin yoga poses are held for at least 2 minutes. Always listen to your body and come out of a pose sooner if needed. My hold times are simply suggestions.
3️⃣ Stillness. Try to remain still in both your body and mind. Focus on the physical sensations you feel, your breath, or whatever helps to keep you present and still.
